- Cancellation terms: we charge 40% of the total booking amount for cancellations until 1 month prior to arrival, 70% of the total booking amount until 1 week prior to arrival, 90% of the total booking amount within the last week prior to arrival
- Christmas, New Year and Carnival Weeks: surcharge of € 5.00 per adult/day
- Minimum of 3 full-paying guests
- End-of-stay cleaning fee per apartment: € 60.00
